CPR with JR Services

CPR with JR offers CPR training to individuals located in the Tampa Bay, and surrounding areas including New Port Richey FL, and Springhill, Florida. Our classes are for everyone including the K-12 American Heart Association Heart-savers for teachers, staff, faculty, and students. Basic Life Support Training are also available for our Health Care Providers. All CPR with JR courses is conducted in a fun hands-on interactive manner, providing students with an enjoyable and lasting learning experience. Students will use manikins https://www.mcrmedical.com with feedback devices, realistic to the eye and touch. Currently, we offer the following services:

CPR/AED Certifications

Our CPR/AED course teaches the main assessments needed to quickly identify life-threatening conditions such as cardiac arrest, heart attacks, and opiate overdoses. We also offer a Basic Life Support certification, which covers effective high-quality CPR https://cpr.heart.org and team approach emergency responses. Do you have a teen that wants to babysit? We offer Child and Baby-Sitting Safety training with 2-year certification where they will learn how to start your babysitting business, preventions and basic First aid.

Basic First Aid

First Aide Basic First Aid certification helps people to recognize, prioritize, and provide first-aid care and seek professional help when necessary. We also offer the OSHA Training Bloodborne Pathogens certification, which covers universal precautions for infectious diseases like HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis.

Mobile Services

Want us to travel to you? We can do that, too. W e will travel to your location with all of our professional training equipment at no extra charge, saving you time and money. WE BRING THE CLASS TO YOU!

Online Training services

Not in town? Not a problem! We also provide remote skills verification. Using your phone, computer, or tablet, you can access our training without ever stepping foot in a classroom. You don’t need a certification? We offer demonstrational online 1 hour ZOOM CPR trainings.

Getting Started

CPR with JR hires instructors of the highest caliber; all of our teachers are certified by the American Heart Association and American Safety & Health Institute. Our certification programs are incredibly flexible, and we proudly offer in-person training classes weekly, onsite mobile training, online blended courses, and same day certification. I attended a CPR renewal April 16th . My instructor was Darian. I have gone to more CPR renewals than I can count and Darian was the most impressive instructor I’ve ever had.
She is knowledgeable, relevant to real life & personable. I highly recommend this company CPR with JR.

What a fantastic class! Jenny and Dominic were excellent instructors for our small team—professional, knowledgeable, and engaging. We would absolutely hire them again! Their positive energy made learning CPR and first aid enjoyable, and they were extremely well-versed in the material. (Bonus: they even helped us create a fun TikTok at the end!)

I highly recommend this CPR and first aid class. By far the best I have attended in the last 27 years of my career. Darien was well organized, Informative, professional. The classroom setting was comfortable and smaller group size. Perfect for learning.

My office staff just completed a CPR training session with Jenny and Dom. They were both outstanding, helpful, professional, and entertaining. The course moved at a steady pace, and was very educational and interactive! My entire team at Visiting Angels - Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Wesley Chapel, Lutz and New Port Richey is now CPR certified. I took a class last year at CPR with JR. I was so nervous because I hadn’t been in school for a while. I was also worried about passing the test, but taking this class was such a great experience that at the end of the class I felt ready to take not one test but many more and pass them all.
They are so great at what they do, they are so nice and understanding.
I came back because I need to take another class this year and I wouldn’t do it anywhere else, no matter the distance the time, the cost or anything else. J. R. and her team are simply the best.

The CPR with JR adult/infant class was awesome, Jenny and Dominic made it a fun experience and they were very knowledgeable and the time (3 hrs) just flew by. I highly recommend CPR with JR to everyone who wants to learn how to save a life, I have my first grandchild due any day now and hopefully will never have to use it but if I did I now feel prepared.
