Open to all participants: The American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support CPR/AED certification is typically required for healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, dentists, physical therapists, police officers, EMS personnel, and firefighters, as well as anyone providing care to others. This course is expertly structured to enable students to swiftly recognize emergencies in the critical initial minutes before professional help arrives. The training includes hands-on practice for mastering proper compression techniques, delivering ventilations, and effectively using Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs).
All our training modules adhere to the most up-to-date AHA science and educational guidelines as outlined in the Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC.
The course covers Adult, Child, and Infant High-Quality CPR, the Chain of Survival, the importance of AEDs, efficient use of mouth barriers and bag-valve masks, and techniques for relieving obstructions in choking incidents.
